Introduction to Yoga Tutorials
These tutorials show you how to do each posture, the main focus is the movement yet to continue to breathe within the pose. To find presence in the breath and not the discomfort. The more we focus on the breath, the more freedom and openness there will be, the more we focus on the pain, the more pain we’ll feel.
Be within the breath and it’ll bring you deeper into the moment. Once you have a comprehensive understanding of each posture, the more you’ll be able to flow with ease within the classes. In the classes I elaborate on the postures in more depth. When you go through the classes you’ll progress as you’re putting in the practice, overtime you’ll know the postures and will be able to create your own flows that are more catered to your needs.
