Course Guide
This course goes through over 200 tutorials within yoga, tai chi, calisthenics, pranayama and gym exercises. It also has various videos that entail my perspective within categories that correlate to the expansion within your flexibility, mobility and strength. This all leads into a deeper abundance, as we peel back the layers of who we are not, and embody the abundance that we are.
I’ve placed them into body parts, so that if your hips are tight, you can focus on those movements, shoulders those movements etc. Everybody is different and you know your body the most, give your body what it needs.
Once you’ve gone over all the tutorials and classes, I’ve curated a simple 1 month program for you to follow.There is a class for each day, it may seem like an immense amount but it’s simply 60-90 minutes a day. Place time aside for you and your growth, be devoted to you.No matter what time you work and have commitments, make time for your practice or you will not progress within these facets of life.Stay devoted and committed to you and your journey.
