To cool down the body, to heat it up, to slow it down or to increase my energy, there’s a certain breathing technique for anything. Practicing these techniques in the AM, when you wake up, is best. As you’ll bring in new prana energy, life force vitality and have more energy for the day to come. You will release all the stale stiff air and bring in new oxygen into the body.
