How do I purchase and access products?
To purchase online courses, find them in the Shop.
Once purchased, you will find the courses you own in My Products.
Free courses are found under Portal Home.
Product Updates
If a course you already own receives an update, the newly updated course will still be available to you in its entirety. You will receive an email with any updates related to available courses.
I am unable to access
my purchased content
Initially, log out of your account and clear your browsing data. To do so, this is generally found in your browsers history (open history > clear browsing data) and log back into your account.
If this still doesn't fix the issue, contact Rhys at support@rhysmenzel.com and our team will look into it for you.

If you are looking to delete your account, click the 'delete account' button below and enter the email attached to this account. Once you submit your email, deletion is permanent and your account can not be recovered.
