Focus on You

It’s Your Vision

We live in a world of distractions; it can be easy to be somewhere else, not present with the self.

To really focus on our vision, we have to ask what terrain we are walking on — what are the surroundings?

If you want to live out and experience your vision, you need to let go of the experiences and people that no longer serve you. It’s tough love and it needs to happen if you’re to live within your full potential.

When you leave an experience or a person, and you leave feeling empty and lost, it’s a good sign that things need to shift. If it’s not filling up your cup, or it’s draining you, then find a tap, find energies that lift you up, and rise together.

Ask yourself every day: What can I do to contribute towards my vision?

At times that means resting, restoring your energy; understanding what’s best for you.

Implement a routine, have a morning practice, do things throughout the day that ground you, unwind and stretch it out at night.

Move your body consciously, sit with awareness, and breathe with intention. This will only nourish you.

Focusing on yourself is your wealth.

When you’re at your best, this will be reflected in your experiences.

Focusing on your soul's journey — your vision, your reality — is the best thing you can do.

When you truly anchor into your world without being pulled into the external, you’ll thrive more and be able to shift the outer world.

If we’re constantly engaged in what’s happening in the world, we can take too many steps backward. Trust and know that everything in the world will get better; it’s all falling apart to piece together a greater play.
