What’s Out There, Where Do I Need To Be?
All Social Networks are tools and sources to share your creativity, passion, and community.
They all can be used for good and, with the right intention, they will open many doors. Here are some unique aspects about the main networks.
Instagram:
When you have a certain number of followers, you can have a paid monthly subscription for your audience, where you can show classes and tutorials within what you’re offering.
YouTube:
When your videos reach a certain number of views and playtime, you start to earn money for just having a video on YouTube.
If you can consistently provide quality classes and tutorials for your community, they will keep going back to watch them again and again. In time, they'll tell friends, and in time, you’ve grown another platform that pays you to have your videos on there. YouTube is definitely something everyone should dive into.
Facebook:
The mother of Instagram, it’s worth having an account linked to Instagram.
Simply upload the same content you would on Instagram. All marketing goes through Facebook, and many are still there.
TikTok:
With the most people on TikTok, it’s essential to be on here. It’s a tricky game, yet with practice comes experience.
Again, simply upload the same content you share on Instagram. In three months, I gained 36k followers.
I posted consistently and the same video until it gained traction. All was going well, then they said some of my videos were against their rules.
It was within the voiceover I was using; they didn’t like it. Yet on Instagram, it reached millions of views.

Apps That Will Help
1. Canva
A great App for creating marketing posts, videos, courses and so much more. I love Canva, this was made with Canva.
2. Cap Cut & Perfect Video
Two Video Editing Apps that have helped me create videos in the past. I still use them occasionally, yet only to layer music over my videos. Instagram is the main App i use to piece my clips together; I find the system easy and the algorithm loves it.
3. Repost
Repost lets you download videos and their captions. I also use this app to download videos to extract the music/ voice.
4. Stan & Linktree
If you don’t have a website for yourself, Stan and Linktree will work perfectly too. These two Apps make it simple for anyone to create a landing page for bookings, affiliation codes, courses, retreats, anything.
5. Chat GPT
Writing everything yourself is the key to authenticity; artificial intelligence will never be able to write as soulfully as you. However, when writing extensive texts it’s always good to have someone, or Chat GPT, to read over it for any spelling or grammatical mistakes.
6. Captions
When there’s a voice in the video, there needs to be captions. It’s more engaging; most watch with no volume, and people love to read. When I post on Instagram, I’ll use the app and add my own captions, manually instead of using a auto generated app like captions. I prefer this aesthetic, yet Caption works brilliantly too and one day i’ll definitely be using it more.
