Conclusion
A short summary of how I went from 10k - 80k in 3 Months
1. I stopped caring what people thought and began creating/sharing. I focused on sharing content that offers value and hits the three E’s.
Education • Emotion • Entertainment
Share content that your audience will learn from, that will hit an emotion, and will entertain them.
2. I shifted my relationship with this digital dimension and began to use it as a tool of creativity and awareness. I studied what works and respected the algorithms, then implemented my creativity within it all.
3. I found my niche; I realised I am my own niche.
Having a niche allows a community of likeminded people to form. Your niche can evolve over time. If you don’t know what yours is, break it all down — what do you love, how can you bring your creativity into it, what are you experienced in, what’s happening in your life? etc...
For me, its movement and mindfulness, with a flare of lifestyle and family.
4. I focused on reels and found a resonating voiceover to create with. I filmed myself doing what I love to do, in places I love to be. I placed messages in the videos and added meaningful captions.
5. I posted 4-6 times a week; this may seem like a lot, yet if you want to work for yourself, it’s worth it.
6. I looked into my insights and saw when my audience was most online, so I posted at those times and kept it consistent.
7. I found creators that I resonated with and witnessed their creativity bloom; this inspired me and expanded my creativity. I didn’t try to recreate, just to give my take on it all. There’s no one like you. When you realise this and share it consistently, with your own creativity, things will shift massively.
8. I showed my 1% of life, my strength, and that was reflected.
9. I had fun with it all and didn’t take it too seriously. Life wants to play with you, so dive in with your creativity and see what blooms.
