Make your bio clear and effective by breaking it down to reflect what you’re passionate about and what you’re offering. Be sure to include your name in the name section; some people also like to add their profession there. Choose a name that resonates with you — it could be your own name or something unique like immerse.inearth. Make it memorable and easy for people to recognise.

Instead of listing every skill like calisthenics, gym, yoga, tai chi, meditation, I wrote movement and mindfulness because it strikes a good balance and keeps it concise. I also included Ninja Warrior since it’s known worldwide and gives me credibility, along with my location.
