The aim of these classes is to excel and enrich your energy, awareness and ability. Prior to each session, we will have a 15-minute consultation where we will discuss your goals and aspirations. Once we have a clear understanding of our intention, we move forward into a 60 minute tailored class.

Our goal is to bring about a state of peace and relaxation, while also building physical and mental strength. At the conclusion of this session, you will emerge feeling more grounded, centered, and energized.
Calisthenics

In this class, we'll explore strength, agility, and grip strength, all crucial for primal movements. Calisthenics, using bodyweight movements, builds muscle mass, improves flexibility, balance, and endurance. We'll cover grip strength techniques like finger and hanging exercises. Primal movement emphasises natural and fluid movement patterns, and we'll practice crawling, jumping, and balancing. Pranayama

In this class we'll center ourselves with the breath that purifies. Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice that controls the breath and enhances the flow of life energy throughout the body, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It increases lung capacity and delivers more oxygen to the body, improving overall health and boosting immune and cardiovascular function. Pranayama also enhances focus and concentration, calms the mind, and promotes inner peace, making it a powerful tool for improving physical and mental health.

This class promotes relaxation through intentional techniques like breathing exercises and guided meditation. By cultivating inner stillness and focusing on the present moment, you can release stress and achieve a state of calmness and inner peace.
